The Outreach and Admissions Specialist will be the primary public-facing representative for admissions and recruitment activities and will actively collaborate with the team to meet specific department and organizational goals related to lead generation and enrollment. This person will professionally represent the school at local and national recruiting events and host PGS sponsored virtual and in-person events. Some travel and weekend hours will be required. They will be the first point of contact for prospective students and support them through the application process. Primary responsibilities include planning and coordinating targeted recruitment outreach initiatives, making calls and sending emails to support candidates through the admissions process, and maintain consistent record-keeping of candidates. They will assist with all aspects of admissions and recruitment activities to maintain consistent messaging and prospective student relationships, support communication outreach campaigns, and utilize CRM database to accurately enter activity logs and input data to track performance.

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Business development and/or recruitment experience
  • Proven outreach success with conversing across multiple channels of communication
  • Ability to plan and execute recruitment strategies and be an effective team member
  • Enthusiastic about promoting sustainability and a passion for the school’s mission
  • Experience with hosting and coordinating events
  • Proficient in using data management software (Salesforce preferred)
  • Meticulous attention to detail with diligent follow up habits
  • Proactive communicator and empathetic listener
  • Confident public speaker and interpersonal communicator
  • Social media, email marketing, and PR experience (preferred)
  • Ability to travel locally and nationally, as well as work evenings and weekends as required
