Bio

My passion is opening avenues for accessibility and helping people achieve their dreams through education. As an admissions and financial aid professional, it is my privilege to help prospective students identify the educational program and financial aid package that best fits their needs and aspirations.

I have over 15 years of experience as a senior administrator at institutions of higher education, and my specialty is grad school admissions. I love talking to people about the life-changing decision to pursue a graduate degree! Prior to becoming the Associate Vice President of Enrollment & Financial Aid at Presidio Graduate School, I also served as the Assistant Dean of Student Affairs at the UC Davis Graduate School of Management, Assistant Vice Chancellor of Enrollment at Southern States University, and Director of Campus Admissions at California University of Management & Sciences. I also spent three years as an admissions consultant, supporting admissions departments and campus leaders at colleges and universities throughout the United States.

I have a PhD in Education with an emphasis in Social Justice from Claremont Graduate University / San Diego State University’s joint doctoral program and a Master’s Degree in English Literature from San Diego State University. I believe that education has the power to change lives, and that once you learn something, it can never be taken away from you.
