Dennis Gawlik brings a decade of experience teaching conventional operations management and of work in transportation, logistics, and supply chain management. As a transportation provider to Toyota, Dennis adopted the Toyota Way long before it became an industry-guiding model.

Dennis teaches lean operations and supply management at numerous universities in addition to Presidio Graduate School, where he teaches the popular Operations and Supply Chain Management course.

He is also a Senior Lean Coach at The Standard, where he leads continuous process improvement and lean transformation efforts in the L&DS business sector. As an Advisory Board member of the Network for Business Innovation and Sustainability, Dennis helps ensure that the organization continues to provide regional leadership, professional development programs, and a collaborative cross-sector community to advance sustainability through the power of business.

Dennis is also the Vice President of the Love and Kindness Foundation, which fosters projects that create love and kindness in the world by supporting people with free coaching and micro-grants to create love and kindness in the world.

Dennis has a broad range of experience finding innovative ways to create profitable sustainability. As an experienced mentor, he helps shape leaders who value change while sustaining “true north” excellence.
