Natasha Lamb

Natasha Lamb, MBA, of Seattle cohort 4, is a co-founder and Managing Partner at sustainable investment advisor Arunja Captial. Natasha specializes in the integration of sustainability and shareholder value creation, deepening Arjuna Capital’s investment discipline by incorporating Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) risk and opportunity factors. Her 2014 landmark negotiation with Exxon Mobil led to the company’s first public report on global warming and carbon asset risk, highlighting her ability to engage corporate leadership to improve performance through dialog and public policy advocacy. Previously, Natasha was Vice President, Shareholder Advocacy and Corporate Engagement at Trillium Asset Management.
