Wilhelmina Parker is an Organizational Development practitioner with  25+ years of professional and leadership experience across a variety of sectors, including, government (international and the U.S. federal/state/local), non-profit and business. She is currently the Training Officer for the City of Berkeley responsible for professional and leadership development. Wilhelmina is also the founder and owner of Sankofa Solutions Inc. A vision-led pragmatist, Wilhelmina has developed multi-faceted expertise in skill training and ethical leadership development, grounding her approach in humble and appreciative inquiry.

Wilhelmina is a certified professional coach, HBDI practitioner, and 360-degree practitioner and coach. She speaks a variety of Ghanaian dialects, with English as a second language.
