We are so proud of Alumnus Daniel Kurzrock (C21) and his partner for making the #Forbes30under30 in the Food & Drink Category with his innovative company ReGrained.

Video Interview on UPROXX Reports

Homebrewers Daniel Kurzrock and Jordan Schwartz had too much excess grain left over after making their beer, and decided to figure out how to use the waste. Through patent-pending technology they developed with the USDA, they can turn the leftover grain into a nutrient-dense flour that they use to make supergrain bars. Burt’s Bees Natural Launchpad gave ReGrained an early grant and pasta giant Barilla’s venture capital arm is included among recent investors.
