Mary Kay Chess, PhD

Dr. Chess has a long-standing commitment and passion for extending responsive healthcare to individuals in rural and urban communities. Through her leadership and consultation in business and government, she facilitates organizational stakeholders in considering and designing entrepreneurial responses to healthcare shared services and networks. For the past twelve years, Mary Kay has also focused on preparing leaders to work creatively and effectively in complex systems through MBA courses in organizational change and transformation, innovative teamwork, personal development, and sustainable practices.
