Presidio Graduate School Tuition and Fees:

Choosing the right time to begin your journey through graduate school requires an evaluation of your financial commitments and a strategy for affording your education. Presidio Graduate School recognizes the value of a positive and impactful education and as a non-profit accredited institution, PGS offers tuition costs that are manageable and affordable to ensure each student receives the opportunity to earn their degree and start making a difference as soon as possible. Financial aid options are available for both full and part time students.

2018-2019 academic year tuition rate is $1160* per unit and based on semester enrollment for all degree and certificate programs.

San Francisco Hybrid Degree Programs: MBA, MPA, and Dual Degrees in Sustainable Management

Seattle/Bainbridge Island Hybrid and Metro Programs: MBA in Sustainable Systems

  • Yearly tuition cost for part time students is estimated at $17,400* (15 credits)
  • Yearly tuition cost for full time students is estimated at $34,800* (30 credits)
  • Full tuition cost to complete the MBA or MPA program is estimated at $69,600* (60 credits)
  • Full tuition cost to complete the Dual Degree MBA/MPA program is estimated at $104,400* (90 credits)

*Subject to annual adjustment of 3-5%.

San Francisco Hybrid Certificates:

Seattle Hybrid Certificates: (may not be offered every semester, contact admissions@presidio.edu for more information on specific certificate availability)

  • Certificate in Sustainable Energy Solutions 
    • Full tuition cost to complete this program is estimated at $10,440* (9 credits)
  • Certificate in Sustainable Food and Agricultural Systems
    • Full tuition cost to complete this program is estimated at $10,440* (9 credits)

2018-19 Academic Year Fee Schedule (all programs):

Fees support student activities and the learning site environemnt based on semester. All fees appearing on the student account are payable whether or not the student plans to use these services or facilities related to those fees. Mandatory Student Fees are charged every semester and cannot be waived.

  • Administrative Fee – $150 per semester (All programs)
    • Covers record-keeping costs and provides student access to copyrighted material used in all academic programs.
  • Technology Fee – $65 per semester (All programs)
    • Covers acquisition, upgrading, and/or maintenance of technology used for academic and student support activities.
  • Classroom Materials Fee – $85 per semester (All programs)
    • Covers onsite learning materials and student support activities.
  • Monthly IslandWood Room and Board – Thursday-Sunday overnight accommodations and freshly prepared meals each day while at IslandWood (based on quad occupancy three (3) nights per month) ~ $2,500 per semester (mandatory for all Seattle Hybrid MBA students)

Note regarding San Francisco, Seattle Metro Degree Programs, and Certificate students:

All students are responsible for their own meals, lodging, and transportation costs and should prepare to spend an average of $50 to $200 on textbooks and required program downloads for each course.

Note regarding the Seattle Hybrid MBA students:

All students are responsible for their own transportation costs and should prepare to spend an average of $50 to $200 on textbooks and required program downloads for each course. Students are responsible for their own meals and lodging when not on campus at IslandWood during monthly residencies.
