Alison Gold is an anthropologist, author, cross-sector changemaker, and global facilitator. As a consultant, she works to support companies and non-profit organizations conduct qualitative research, articulate evaluation plans, develop informed interventions, and design high-performing, authentic community engagement efforts. Across her work with the Presidio Trust in San Francisco, Living Cities in Washington D.C., and as founder of the consultancy Optimistic Anthropology, she has promoted resilient communities by helping cross-sector leaders intentionally and effectively build the public’s will to participate in equitable and inclusive systems change.
