  • Personal and collaborative approaches suited to deepening effectiveness in teams leading change and transformation.
About this course:

This course builds on the work from LRD6100 to deepen self-awareness for active team engagement and contributions.  It provides opportunities to adjust and deepen leadership skills through ongoing reflection, feedback, and practice through teamwork.  While exploring their capacity for authentic leadership in teams, students address sustainability challenges in organizations and communities and practice stakeholder engagement techniques.
